1. Before you get started

We’ll need a rough idea of what you want the site to do, any existing branding (logo, colors, fonts) if you have it, and access to your current site or hosting if this is a redesign. If you don’t have branding assets yet, that’s fine, we can build around a starting palette and refine it together.

2. Hosting and where your site actually lives

We can build on hosting you already have, or set you up with hosting as part of the project if you don’t. Either way, you own the site and the domain, there’s no lock-in requiring you to stay with us for hosting.

3. Working with tools you already use

Most projects connect to whatever you’re already running, CRM, email marketing, booking or scheduling tools, payment processors. If something needs a custom integration beyond a standard plugin, we’ll flag that and scope it separately before starting.

4. Starting from a template vs. a custom build

Both are options. A templated build (like the ones on this site) is faster and more affordable. A fully custom build takes longer but gives you more control over exactly how it looks and functions. We’ll recommend one based on your budget and timeline, not just default to whichever is easier for us.

5. How much input you have on design

As much as you want. Some clients want to review every section before it goes live, others just want a finished mockup to react to. We usually build a first draft based on your direction, then revise from there, rather than asking you to approve blank wireframes first.

6. Multi-language or region-specific sites

Yes, we can build sites with multiple languages or region-specific content, whether that’s a full translation setup or just localized pricing and contact details for different service areas.

7. Connecting social media and other channels

Yes, standard social links, embedded feeds, and sharing buttons are included in most builds. More involved integrations, like pulling live content from Instagram or syncing with a review platform, are scoped separately depending on what’s needed.

8. Site speed and performance

Every site we build is checked against Core Web Vitals before launch, clean code, optimized images, and minimal bloat from unnecessary plugins. If your current site is slow, that’s usually one of the first things we diagnose in a free audit.

9. How to reach us during a project

You’ll have a direct line to whoever’s building your site, not a ticket queue. Most questions get a same-day reply, and we’ll always tell you upfront if something’s going to take longer to answer properly.

10. Documentation after launch

Yes. You’ll get a short walkthrough of how to make basic edits yourself (text, images, pricing) even if you never plan to touch the backend. It’s there so you’re never stuck waiting on us for a one-line text change.

11. Ongoing maintenance after launch

Optional, not required. Some clients want us to handle updates, backups, and small edits ongoing; others prefer to manage it themselves once we’ve handed it off. Support plans are available either way.

12. Adding features or plugins after launch

Yes, sites are built to be extended. Whether that’s adding a booking system, a blog, or an online store later, we can scope additions without rebuilding what’s already there.

13. Working across time zones

We work with clients across the US, UK, and beyond, and structure calls and check-ins around your time zone, not ours. Async updates (email, Loom videos, written summaries) fill the gaps between live calls.

14. What if I don't have a logo or brand assets yet?

That’s common, and not a blocker. We can start with a simple placeholder identity, or bring in basic logo and brand color work as part of the project if you need a starting point before the site itself takes shape.
