Services
Nexten Commerce provides web design, web development, and related digital services, including but not limited to WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenCart, and Laravel-based development, API integrations, and eCommerce automation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate quote or proposal agreed with the client before work begins. These Terms apply alongside, not instead of, any signed project agreement.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of request and may change if the scope changes.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
- Late payments may result in paused work until outstanding invoices are settled.
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the proposal and do not include third-party costs (hosting, domains, premium plugins, or licenses) unless explicitly included.
Revisions and project scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in your proposal or on the relevant service page. Requests beyond the agreed scope or revision count will be quoted separately before additional work begins. We’ll always tell you upfront if something falls outside the original scope, rather than billing for it after the fact.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the scope agreed at the start of the project. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from the client’s side may extend the delivery date accordingly.
Ownership and intellectual property
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the custom design and code developed specifically for your project transfers to you. This does not include third-party themes, plugins, frameworks, or stock assets used in the build, which remain subject to their own respective licenses. Nexten Commerce retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary access (hosting, domain, third-party accounts) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already committed to your project. If a project is cancelled partway through, work completed up to that point will be invoiced at the agreed rate; work not yet started will not be billed.
Warranty and liability
We aim to deliver functional, well-tested websites, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where third-party plugins, hosting, or integrations outside our control are involved. To the extent permitted by law, Nexten Commerce’s liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting providers, plugin developers, payment processors, APIs). Nexten Commerce is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.
Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on August 5, 2026. We may update them from time to time; changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction.
